Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Programming Operator for either first or second shift to contribute to our client's expanding operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a strong interest in technology and the Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in high-level programming assignments, managing our 5DX X-Ray Machine, and performing comprehensive inspections in line with IPC 610 standards. A minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required, although the team is willing to provide training on certain aspects of the role.
Shifts Available:
First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM
Second Shift - 3PM - 11:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and enhance programming solutions for diverse engineering projects.
2. Operate and maintain the 5DX X-Ray Machine, ensuring peak performance and upkeep. Training will be provided for candidates with programming expertise.
3. Execute thorough inspections of engineering components and systems, strictly following IPC 610 standards.
4. Offer consultancy services to both internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance on programming and machine operations.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical challenges, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
6. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application of best practices.
7. Conduct training sessions for junior staff and stakeholders on the operation of the 5DX X-Ray Machine and IPC 610 standards.
8. Document and report on all inspections, operations, and programming advancements.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1+ years of experience in a programming capacity within the Engineering sector.
2. Proficient in operating the 5DX X-Ray Machine.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in conducting inspections according to IPC 610 standards.
4. Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of various programming languages.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. Proven experience in a consultancy role, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
9. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
10. Commitment to staying current with industry developments and continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
