Document Control Clerk/Record Manager

As a Document Control Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient recording and maintenance of physical and electronic documents associated with assigned projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all documents are properly stored and accessible
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and files, including corporate documents and project-related materials
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless document flow and submission
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with standard office equipment and software applications
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
This is a project-based position with variable hours and overtime requirements. Travel is expected, and the candidate must be willing to work extensively throughout the U.S. and spend extended periods away from home.
