Job Summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our construction labor support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and generating new leads
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Manage and transmit information to support the sales process
  • Attend required meetings and participate in sales training activities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong customer and field employee relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
