About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Aspen Waste Systems' services to existing and prospective commercial customers. With a focus on sales-driven commercial hauling services, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers, building relationships, and providing tailored service solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and support to existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Aspen Waste Systems' procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide integrated solutions that meet customer business needs.
  • Track and report sales activities to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Possess strong motivation, a knack for building professional relationships, and the ability to convert contacts to customers.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and effective problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Able to articulate Aspen Waste Systems' competitive advantages to secure new and maintain existing customers.
  • Desire to learn the industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and superior time management skills are required.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with all levels within customer organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Denver marketplace and existing relationships in the area or ability to quickly form a network of contacts.
  • Persistence and resilience when promoting and selling Aspen's services.
  • Ability to work independently and plan/prioritize work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $48,000-$55,000, plus an uncapped commission program with realistic earning potential of $100,000-$150,000 in the first year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, health savings account, voluntary employee life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401(k) with company match. You will also receive paid vacation and holidays, as well as applicable paid family and medical leave.
