80,000 USD to 100,000 USD Base

Role Summary:
As a pivotal leader within our organization, you will be tasked with implementing a vision and strategic framework for the customer success division, concentrating on enhancing product adoption and fostering growth through improved renewals and net retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a dynamic, global customer service team.
2. Implement systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
3. Establish and monitor performance metrics for customer success.
4. Develop internal systems and procedures to manage growth effectively.
5. Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting client relationships.
6. Regularly engage with clients to assess business needs.
7. Manage the renewal of existing subscriptions.
8. Identify avenues to enhance customer profitability.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer retention and revenue.
10. Upsell services to current clients.
11. Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services.
- At least 2 years of experience in the home furnishings or interior design sector is advantageous.
- 2+ years of management experience is required.
- Proven experience in scaling and developing a customer success team.
- Experience in establishing new operational processes is essential.
- Background in driving customer experience strategy development is crucial.
