As a key member of our retail operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the success of our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
