About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Staples, Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. Your strong organizational and time management skills will enable you to prioritize workload efficiently, allowing the sales team to maximize their selling time and reach company sales goals.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare program customers pricing documents and handle system pricing updates for all program customers
  • Cordinate the pricing process approval and support 80 Sales Associates that Manage our largest customers that spend over $10K
  • Process new sales leads as necessary and answer phone calls from customers to deal with problems as they arise

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General computer skills & basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
