Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
- Perform set-up and maintenance of customer accounts.
- Receive, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Serve as liaison between assigned department and other areas of the bank to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Perform other tasks or special projects as assigned.
- Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 4 years of related customer service experience.
- Full application of customer service techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of operational procedures of the assigned department.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel software.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 - $91,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
