Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including auto, home, and life policies.
- Assist clients with insurance policy changes, renewals, and billing questions.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients for policy reviews, ensuring coverage meets their current needs.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals as set by the agency.
- Stay updated on Allstate's products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Insurance license is a plus or must be willing to obtain one.
