About Us:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Programming Specialist for either first or second shift to become a vital part of our client's expanding workforce. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for technology and a deep interest in the Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing advanced programming tasks, operating our 5DX X-Ray Machine, and performing meticulous inspections in compliance with IPC 610 standards. A minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required, and our team is prepared to provide training on certain aspects of the position.

Shifts Available:
First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM
Second Shift - 3PM - 11:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and enhance programming solutions for diverse engineering projects.
2. Operate and maintain the 5DX X-Ray Machine, ensuring peak performance.
3. Execute thorough inspections of engineering components and systems, strictly adhering to IPC 610 standards.
4. Provide expert consultancy services to both internal and external stakeholders regarding programming and machine operations.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
6. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.
7. Conduct training sessions for junior staff and stakeholders on the operation of the 5DX X-Ray Machine and IPC 610 standards.
8. Document and report all inspections, operations, and programming advancements.

Qualifications:
1. At least 1+ years of experience in a programming role within the Engineering sector.
2. Proficient in operating the 5DX X-Ray Machine.
3. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in inspections following IPC 610 standards.
4. Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of various programming languages.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
7. Proven experience in a consultancy capacity, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
9. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
