Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our Platform Solutions Group (PSG). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing business plans to introduce AIC PSG to related/potential customers, establishing and developing business on AIC PSG systems, and achieving quota sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement business plans to introduce AIC PSG to related/potential customers.
  2. Establish and develop business on AIC PSG systems, achieving quota sales.
  3. Maintain active business development plans, updating them as market/product changes within budget constraints.
  4. Monitor all progress of business trends and projects on PSG to achieve financial growth and assigned tasks.
  5. Understand and support AIC sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective solutions to all customers.
  6. Work closely with Product Managers and Engineer teams to develop suitable plans for AIC.
  7. Establish and ensure an attractive and orderly company image at all times through effective sales displays.
  8. Able to foresee customers' requirements and discuss internally/externally to create solutions within AIC's capabilities.
  9. Prepare reports on goals and contribute to team efforts to accomplish related results as needed.
  10. Business travel is required as needed.
  11. Assist in the training of co-workers as assigned.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the computer server and storage systems field.
  • Customer relationships build-up and maintenance.
  • Experience in obtaining better brand recognition and financial growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
