Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits with clients to assess their needs and design solutions for access control, fire, life safety, monitoring, and security services.
- Manage and close company leads through a consultative sales approach.
- Create new business opportunities through new and existing clients.
- Attend networking events, association events, and trade-organized events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Maintain trackers for client progress and sales status.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales representative role.
- Experience in the area of security, fire, access control, and video sales is a plus.
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently in the field 80% of the time and 20% of the time in cold calling and pre-scheduling appointments.
