We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Relations Manager to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the resident and family experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve resident satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused front desk experience.
- Lead a high-performance Customer Service team, motivating and guiding them to provide exceptional service.
- Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate resident focus group meetings, gathering feedback and insights to improve our services.
- Assist residents in selecting and placing furniture for their new home, providing personalized support.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to handle escalated billing concerns.
- High school graduate or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of senior living industry experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to lead the front desk and provide information to residents.
- Ability to work nights or weekends as needed, and participate in a Manager on Duty rotating schedule.
