Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve resident satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused front desk experience.
  • Lead a high-performance Customer Service team, motivating and guiding them to provide exceptional service.
  • Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate resident focus group meetings, gathering feedback and insights to improve our services.
  • Assist residents in selecting and placing furniture for their new home, providing personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to handle escalated billing concerns.
  • High school graduate or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of senior living industry experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to lead the front desk and provide information to residents.
  • Ability to work nights or weekends as needed, and participate in a Manager on Duty rotating schedule.
