Mentorship role for seasoned executives seeking to drive transformative change in small to medium-sized businesses. Our client base requires expertise in productivity and profit enhancements, sales improvement, and operational turnarounds.

We are the largest consulting firm specializing in business development, seeking experienced professionals to join our team of change agents. If you have a proven track record in delivering financially measurable results, this opportunity might be suited for you.

We cater to privately owned, small to medium-sized businesses with revenues between $1-$15 million. As a mentor, you will work closely with owners and employees to implement day-to-day behavioral changes and achieve financial objectives.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of experience in successful business management or ownership
  • Familiarity with financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
  • Skills in creative sales growth, efficient operations, and behavioral modifications
  • Hands-on experience in team management and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Four-year college degree required
  • This is a fully travel-based position, requiring frequent weekend departures from your home airport
  • A PC-compatible laptop computer and portable printer are essential
