Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equity and Racial Justice Impact Analyst to join our team at the State of Oregon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to track and report on the impact of our policies and initiatives on equity and racial justice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices in equitable property management and resident services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance equity and inclusion goals.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to program staff on equity and inclusion issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and program decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, public policy, or social sciences.
  • Five years of experience in a related field, including experience in program management, policy analysis, and community engagement.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a government or non-profit setting, with a strong understanding of equity and inclusion principles.

  • Experience implementing programs that intentionally include equity and inclusion.

  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility for complex strategy, implementation, and evaluation.
