Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equity and Racial Justice Impact Analyst to join our team at the State of Oregon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion in our work.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track and report on the impact of our policies and strategies promoting equity and racial justice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote best practices around equitable property management and resident services.
  • Support the development of culturally specific and culturally responsive affordable housing development and operations.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement programs that intentionally include equity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience coordinating or administering a program, or any combination of experience or education equivalent to eight years.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion broadly defined.
  • Experience implementing programs that intentionally include equity and inclusion.
  • Experience working within large, complex organizations to elevate equity and inclusion.
  • Strong grasp of the ways housing intersects with issues of equity, inclusion, and racial justice.
  • Collaborative orientation, able to build trust and confidence across diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility for complex strategy, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytic and communication skills.
