Compensation and BenefitsThis is a full-time (1.0 FTE) licensed role, with salary placement on the COSA licensed salary schedule ranging from $54,225 to $93,214. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, and training.
COSA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-supported health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees. Additional benefits include employer-paid retirement contributions, paid holidays, sick leave, and personal days.
