Job Summary

GARY YEOMANS FORD KNOXVILLE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • E-Lead Management: Effectively manage e-leads from initial contact to sale, ensuring timely follow-up and providing customers with a seamless buying experience.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet and exceed customer satisfaction index by brand, resolving any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven success as an Internet Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience mentoring and training personnel.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
