Position Overview

Parkside Kia is in search of a driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of BDC Sales Agent. This full-time position combines a base salary with commission opportunities within the automotive sector.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively engage with prospective clients through various communication channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to identify their automotive preferences and provide customized recommendations.
  • Facilitate product showcases and test drives to highlight vehicle features and advantages.
  • Engage in negotiations and finalize sales transactions to achieve or surpass established sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, sales strategies, and current promotions.
  • Utilize the dealership's CRM system to monitor customer interactions, schedule appointments, and track sales progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a comparable position, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in computer operations, with experience in CRM software being a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
