Program Evaluation Analyst

Position Overview: The Department of the Navy is seeking a dedicated professional to monitor, assess, and evaluate programs and policies related to Critical Infrastructure and Mission Assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of control systems to ensure cyber resiliency is integrated into policy frameworks.
- Oversee utility and cyber assessments, focusing on condition evaluations, system efficiency, and reliability standards.
- Engage in initiatives that promote Mission Assurance, identifying the extent of critical infrastructure and energy security coordination.
- Provide expert technical guidance and program analysis to stakeholders, aiding in the identification and prioritization of essential programming requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is mandatory.
- New hires must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
- Compliance with time-in-grade requirements is essential for current federal employees.
- Retired military members must adhere to specific provisions regarding civilian appointments.
- Obtain and maintain a security clearance prior to starting the position.
- Complete ethics orientation and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within specified timeframes.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with random testing protocols.
- Willingness to travel to various locations, including remote sites, may be required.
Qualifications:
Your resume should reflect at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, demonstrating:
- Expertise in interpreting policy and program requirements, developing actionable plans, and implementing corrective measures.
- Experience with critical infrastructure protection and mission assurance programs, including asset identification, vulnerability assessments, and contingency planning.
