Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Eligibility for federal employment must be established.

Qualifications:

Your resume should demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service or comparable experience in the private or public sector. This experience should include:

  • Formulating strategies for the Navy and associated services, guided by national security directives.
  • Contributing to Department-wide assessments of strategic and military risks.
  • Analyzing intricate policy and program issues, assessing implications for the Navy amidst changes in the international landscape.
  • Understanding and interpreting national, DoD, and interagency strategy documents.
