  • Account Maintenance: Creating and updating client accounts and case files with precision.
  • Information Accuracy: Updating account details based on inputs from medical billers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
  • Background in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and web-based tools.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments requiring problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to accept constructive feedback.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by patients with medical conditions.
