Role Responsibilities
As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating when necessary.
- Documenting all interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
- Meeting performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures consistently.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a Level II background check.
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with business coursework or vocational training.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle conflict professionally and effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Capable of performing tasks that may require lifting or moving light objects.
