Role Responsibilities

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Meeting performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures consistently.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a Level II background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with business coursework or vocational training.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) are advantageous.
