Position Overview:

As a Lead Identity Governance Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity governance framework within our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, enhancing, and executing our identity governance strategy to ensure robust security and compliance across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution roadmaps for identity governance capabilities.
  • Engage with engineers and management to ensure alignment between implementation and design expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and leadership in defining project requirements and success criteria.
  • Facilitate architecture design reviews and communicate effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
  • Own and manage designs that span multiple capabilities, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
  • Document and escalate any necessary changes to future state architectures.
  • Contribute to the architecture community by mentoring peers and sharing knowledge at community events.
  • Maintain and enhance architecture patterns and practices within your domain.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining identity governance solutions.
  • Experience with cloud service integrations (AWS/Azure) and IAM tools such as Sailpoint IIQ.
  • Strong understanding of security threat models and compliance aspects related to cloud platforms.
  • Ability to navigate and align with various regulatory requirements on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Service Now, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
