As a Senior Identity Security Engineer, you will serve as the principal authority in the realm of cybersecurity identity solutions engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive strategy for the design, upkeep, resource allocation, disaster recovery, and continuity of security solutions that protect the organization's assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the IAM Architect to uphold the strategic vision and framework of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology systems.
  • Address intricate challenges in identifying the security tools and solutions necessary to enhance the Identity team's operational capabilities in a cost-effective manner.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers within the team.
  • Oversee essential Identity technologies, including Active Directory, Identity Management, SSO/MFA, and Privileged Access Management, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
  • Influence cross-functional teams within CyberSecurity and beyond to design and implement security solutions that safeguard the enterprise.
  • Utilize innovative thinking to foster constructive business relationships and earn the trust of stakeholders.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in processes and technologies across the Identity and CyberSecurity solution spectrum.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in security engineering, operations, or development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across various levels of IT and business, including leadership.
  • Industry-recognized certification in information security (e.g., CISA, CISSP, GIAC).
  • Experience with a variety of security tools and solutions, along with proficiency in coding and integrating with REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze trends in information technology, identity & access, and security that may impact the organization's security posture.
