Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level identity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background and a deep understanding of IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise identity and privileged access management solutions.
  • Provide expert support for IAM users and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage IAM operations ticket queues, addressing requests and incidents promptly.
  • Monitor data integrations and maintain data quality, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with support teams to remediate alerts and incidents.
  • Coordinate IAM systems maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
  • Prepare audit artifacts and conduct reporting and data cleanup activities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge-based articles to support IAM processes.
  • Recommend enhancements and process improvements to optimize IAM operations.
  • Work collaboratively with IAM team members and stakeholders to foster a productive environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical project experience in IAM.
  • At least 6 years of in-depth technical and architectural experience with SailPoint Identity-IQ and 2-3 years with IdentityNow.
  • 4+ years of architectural experience with Thycotic or Cyberark solutions.
  • 3+ years of operations analyst experience in IAM.
  • Strong understanding of identity/access management best practices and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Thycotic, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with workstream tools like Service Now, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in business terms.
