Technical Support Representative

Rittal North America is a leading manufacturer of industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients.
About the Role:
- Act as a resource to customers, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and follow through until completion.
- Use discretion and decision-making authority as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with the sales team and distributors about customer concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
