Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • Act as a resource to customers, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and follow through until completion.
  • Use discretion and decision-making authority as needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with the sales team and distributors about customer concerns or issues.
