Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide specific product and technical knowledge, advice, and support to Sales Representatives and customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform needs analyses for the Company and its customers, producing strategic, cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
  • Support Sales teams with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
  • Assist representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products.
  • Create, review, and execute product test plans and cases, documenting test progress and reporting results.
  • Recommend products to meet customer needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of product positioning and technical sales.
