Job Overview

Ranger Technical Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst/Tech Support professional to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance in resolving complex network and infrastructure issues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring resolution of their concerns and assisting with network/system technical issues.
  • Lead efforts in triaging connectivity and digital certificates with customers, obtaining a thorough understanding of assigned support items and identifying root causes and impacts.
  • Manage incoming support requests, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary, and proactively anticipate customer needs to prevent occurrences that may impact them.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to explain complex issues and develop solutions, documenting all support activities in detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests, adhering to incident management procedures and mentoring/trainin team members to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field/experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer support roles or related fields, with a strong background in network/systems environments.
  • Experience working with relational databases (SQL, Splunk, Excel) and leveraging these tools to enhance technical support capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members.

Salary Information

We are offering an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
