Key Responsibilities

Oversight of Corporate Cash Forecasting and Accounts Receivable Reporting:

  • Corporate Cash Forecasting:
    • Act as a vital member of the Collections Forecasting team, delivering essential Accounts Receivable inputs for the corporate Free Cash Flow Forecast by aligning revenue forecasts with cash timing.
    • Collaborate with Business Unit Finance Management Teams to consolidate revenue forecasts, utilizing corporate reporting tools to create models that align with business objectives and track collectible revenue performance.
    • Evaluate and analyze the accuracy of forecast inputs and sources, influencing business partners for ongoing enhancements.
    • Review weekly collections forecasts from global Accounts Receivable analysts.
    • Assess the accuracy of forecast models against inputs from the Global Collection Organization.
    • Disseminate a weekly scorecard for global forecasts and provide performance insights to relevant teams.
    • Develop a database to track customer-level payment trends.
    • Work alongside Treasury management to provide analytics and decision support for liquidity management.
  • Accounts Receivable Close & Reporting:
    • Compile monthly and quarterly management reporting packages for senior leadership, collaborating with global managers to deliver insights on customer accounts.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly analyses of customer deduction activities and trends.
    • Assist in monthly Accounts Receivable closing processes.
    • Maintain audit documentation and collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
    • Support SOX audit walkthroughs with both internal and external auditors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a corporate finance management role.
  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across various cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent global communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is preferred.
