About the Role:
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Northern California. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in direct sales within the tech industry (commercial and mid-enterprise)
- Strong experience selling solutions to decision-makers
- Able to go into the field to call and work directly with C-level executives in enterprise-level companies
- Strong knowledge in communications, collaboration, data technology, and cybersecurity
- Experience working with channel partners/alliances
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales forecasting tools
- Strong understanding of the local market with strong existing relationships
- Experience in new logos/whitespace territories

- Competitive base salary range of $100,000 with uncapped commission
