Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Oils Desk Team at Tradin Organic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, growing our portfolio of business, and leading in collaboration with Sales Executives and VP.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts in collaboration with Sales Executives and VP Sales.
- Generate leads and convert to customers.
- Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of contract book execution (customer pulls against contracts).
- Knowledge of costing/margins and pricing strategies.
- Understand spread contract management including pricing and incoterms, pull schedules, strategies to manage customers that are ahead or behind.
- Understanding position management and basic functions of inbound shipments.
Requirements:
- BA Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, international trade, or a comparable function.
