Job Summary

JobTarget LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping organizations effectively manage their online recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on leads and target accounts to identify potential opportunities.
  • Engage in high-volume calling to set appointments with key decision-makers and drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our recruitment tools and their applications to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent phone skills, with the ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and cultivate new leads.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer

JobTarget LLC provides a competitive compensation package, including an annual base pay range of $45,000, monthly commission, and excellent benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in our Equity Incentive Plan.
