The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing vital pipeline for clients' sales teams, allowing you to shine in front of real companies, their leaders, and our network.

Responsibilities
  • Study the Client's category, product, and challenges they solve
  • Identify and prospect key players within target accounts aligned with client's ideal buyer persona
  • Source, cleanse, and upload prospect data leveraging tools and following InsideScale processes
  • Engage in omni-channel sales development activities (email, call, video, social, direct mail, etc.) using best-in-breed software
  • Work hard to meet/beat KPIs, including meetings booked, and daily/weekly activities from the above channels
  • Assist InsideScale leadership in crafting multi-channel messaging based on your learnings from engaging with prospects, geeking out over the client's product, etc.
  • Be a reliable partner to the client and InsideScale through collaboration and communication
Requirements
  • Strong desire to develop a career in SaaS and break in with fast-growing startups
  • Tech-savvy and ability to learn and leverage multiple tools/apps - experience with Salesforce or equivalent tools are a bonus
  • Focus and attention to detail; commitment to upholding InsideScale quality standards
  • Great people skills; building relationships with Client ICPs, Clients, and InsideScale
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building companies

Salary and Extras
