  • Use a Customer-Focused Approach: Educate clients about insurance options, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Communicate Effectively: Use excellent communication skills to efficiently meet client needs, promote business development, and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
  • Dedication to Customer Service: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and able to resolve issues efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits

$20.00 per hour
