About the Role

Creative Financial Staffing is working with a well-established professional services firm with a presence nationwide that services the country's top corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary point-of-contact that supports selected clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with Field Managers on requests and/or issues that may arise, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide operations support to all departments within the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects.
  • Schedule project crews for services, training, and deliveries, utilizing technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Creating and closing work orders for Regional spreadsheets and Project Crew schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer liaison for follow-ups and customer service issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Update corresponding client systems to ensure tracking and billing of all services performed, utilizing technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Manage project budgets; review and correct any variances weekly, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years professional experience; open to industry, with a strong background in customer service, operations, or project management.
  • Experienced in coordinating and scheduling, with a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to systems / tech savvy, with a strong understanding of software applications and technical tools.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
