Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Advisor to provide high-quality support and guidance to our customers, driving loyalty and revenue growth through active listening, problem-solving, and the identification of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Listening & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by actively listening to customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Business Needs Analysis: Evaluate customer businesses to identify key needs, offer recommendations, and deliver solutions that align with their goals to drive profitability.
  • Customer Support Program Execution: Implement the new customer first-year support program, ensuring customers maximize their sales potential.
  • Service Plan Delivery: Provide strategic guidance and deliver customer service plans aimed at driving both customer and Calico revenue growth.
  • Best Practices Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate Calico's retail best practices, ensuring customers embrace and implement them effectively.
  • Influence Retailer Decisions: Influence and guide retailers to adopt strategies that enhance their operations and increase profitability.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure all customer complaints, nonconformances, and equipment issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Field Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the field team, offering post-visit support, completing follow-up actions, and closing the feedback loop.
  • CRM Utilization: Ensure that all interactions and data are recorded in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
  • Customer Performance Review: Regularly review customer performance data to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Industry Research: Continuously research industry trends, gather customer feedback, and share insights with the leadership team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience working with a service-focused organization
  • Record of success exceeding objectives
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time/Hourly

Work Location: Amityville, NY

Travel: 15-25% (This may increase or decrease based on the needs of the business)

Salary: $26/Hour ($54,000) - $30/Hour ($62,400)
