Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Join National Credit Center, a leader in providing cutting-edge software solutions for the automotive industry, as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within your designated region and selling the ProMax Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach
  • Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region
  • Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders
  • Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies that support the team in meeting and exceeding company market share goals and KPIs
  • Deliver compelling sales discussions in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity
  • Be an expert in ProMax Platform offering and communicating its value
  • Represent Promax at industry conferences and networking events
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Automotive or SaaS sales experience with outside/remote sales experience
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar industry over extended periods
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience
  • The ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within a defined region (Southeast)
