Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager - South Central

Join our team as a Regional Field Sales Manager - South Central and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the South Central region by developing and maintaining relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the South Central region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director - Field Sales to create strategic customer business plans that improve our ability to capitalize on opportunities for growth within defined customer groups.
  • Deliver on assigned volume and financial objectives within specified targets.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within the region to deliver upon KPIs.
  • Negotiate program agreements for assigned operators, as necessary.
  • Support business development activities, including market food shows and industry trade shows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably within the poultry or overall protein industry.
  • Key regional account relationships to drive immediate impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar area required.
  • Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+).
  • Superior planning and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer applications required.

  • Competitive base salary range of $150,000-160,000.
