About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a growth strategy for their region, positioning McCrometer's metering solutions in key vertical markets.

This role involves value selling, relationship building, and channel management to identify, influence, and close opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and growing relationships with Channel Partners and End Users
  • Developing and executing a sales growth strategy for your territory
  • Organizing and reporting on sales performance within your territory
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or agriculture
  • Comfort using a CRM - we use Salesforce
  • Experience in forecasting monthly and quarterly sales
