Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager, Sports to lead our sales efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. As a key member of our DePuy Synthes team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Rocky Mountain Region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to drive growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
