Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Prosthetics - Western Region

Ottobock is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western Region Prosthetics sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the Western Region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • BA degree in Health Sciences or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3+ years of commission-based sales experience in the O&P industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of O&P devices and Ottobock products.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
