Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve control system challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build a high-performing controls team by attracting top talent and applying industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Software Engineering.
- 15+ years of practical experience in vehicle control system development, electrical design, validation, and launch.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive electrical engineering is preferred.
- Expertise in both low and high voltage systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, wiring, DCDC converters, motors, inverters, batteries, and onboard chargers.
- Thorough understanding of open and closed-loop control systems, sensors, actuators, ECUs, and related technologies.
- Proficient in CAN-Bus, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Demonstrated success in technical roles within the automotive engineering field.
- Familiarity with DFMEA, Six Sigma, lean engineering, and other problem-solving techniques.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Business insight and experience in financial management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
- Expertise in ISO 26262 and ASPICE processes.
- Ability to design innovative electrical system solutions.
