The Senior Automotive Solutions Leader will act as a pivotal figure in the field, guiding and supporting a team of Automotive Technical Advisors (TAs). This role is essential in fostering a strong connection between dealerships and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) within the designated program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and facilitate comprehensive technical training sessions for Automotive Technical Advisors.
2. Provide ongoing support to TAs to help them achieve and surpass program objectives.
3. Offer expert technical assistance and operational consultation to dealership service teams, fleet operators, and commercial clients.
4. Inspire and motivate dealership personnel to enhance service and parts performance in alignment with corporate and industry standards.
5. Address and resolve outstanding issues to bolster dealership competitiveness and improve customer retention.
6. Analyze repair shop processes and recommend improvements, focusing on customer-centric business planning.
7. Manage escalations related to high buyback risk vehicles, collaborating with BuyBack Triage Agents.
8. Deliver both remote and in-person technical support to dealerships.
9. Consult on critical areas such as repair order documentation, service agreements, and facility evaluations.
10. Troubleshoot complex repair scenarios and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Highly driven, adaptable, and capable of achieving results independently.
- Strong background in automotive dealership operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Master Technician Certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in the automotive sector, with a preference for fixed operations experience.
- Previous leadership experience with remote teams is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 75% of the time.
