Oversee assigned territory to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by actively soliciting feedback and promptly resolving any issues.

Evaluate client requirements, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive factors.

Propose tailored solutions to meet client demands, manage and finalize relevant projects, foster new business opportunities, and establish a robust sales pipeline.

Implement pricing strategies effectively.

Develop and nurture significant customer relationships.

Collaborate with technical teams to perform line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost-saving measures, and address any concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred; a degree in Business may also be acceptable.

A minimum of 5 years of sales or related experience within the automotive sector, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving results.

Thorough understanding and proficiency in value-based selling techniques.

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and business software applications.

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.

Experience in sales call planning, documentation, and thorough follow-up communications.

Expertise in account management.
