Job Overview:

As a Lead Qualification Specialist at XPEL, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales pipeline through effective lead management and qualification processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and evaluate leads generated from various digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assess leads against established criteria to determine their readiness for sales engagement.
  • Distribute qualified leads promptly to the appropriate teams based on their specific roles (retail or independent).
  • Occasionally reach out to leads to confirm their details and ensure they receive optimal service.
  • Maintain precise customer information within the CRM system for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly reports detailing lead qualification metrics and progress.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to enhance lead qualification standards and streamline the lead transition process.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and satisfaction in all communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead qualification or a comparable position, ideally within a B2C context.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead management software.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to derive actionable insights from data.
