Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4+ financial analysts.
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for the global organization, reporting directly to the VP of FP&A.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive FP&A experience.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in investor relations is a plus.
