Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a centralized Contracts Management team in developing and managing contracts across various business sectors.
- Support the procurement process effectively.
- Monitor contract expenditures and expiration dates.
- Engage in scoping, mini-bidding, and distributing work assignments.
- Track financial commitments and obligations.
- Verify and process invoices while creating standardized reporting formats.
- Help in developing and tracking metrics related to business processes.
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements for process-driven tasks.
- Foster established relationships with business partners and contractor/supplier counterparts, becoming a trusted partner who understands business challenges.
- Utilize analytical techniques to create benchmarks and insights that address issues and enhance financial and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- A degree is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills, along with effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in procurement.
- Familiarity with contract management and cost tracking.
