Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a centralized team focused on the development and management of contracts across multiple business sectors.
- Support the procurement process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor contract expenditures and expiration dates to maintain oversight.
- Facilitate scoping, mini-bidding, and the distribution of tasks.
- Track financial commitments related to contracts.
- Verify and process invoices while creating standardized reporting formats.
- Develop and maintain metrics for evaluating business processes.
- Collect, document, and uphold business requirements for process-driven tasks.
- Foster relationships with business partners and contractor/supplier representatives to understand and address business challenges.
- Utilize analytical techniques to create benchmarks and insights aimed at enhancing financial and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- A degree is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement processes.
- Experience in contract management, particularly in tracking costs.
