Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of profiles for potential acquisitions, providing Senior Leadership with comprehensive valuation assessments.
  • Evaluate the performance metrics of acquisition targets.
  • Formulate strategic financial models to support business evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisition prospects, collaborating with various departmental experts.
  • Review contracts in conjunction with the legal team to ensure accurate documentation of deal terms.
  • Document and update workflow processes, training materials, and departmental policies as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members and cross-functional staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with executive management and various departmental leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • A collaborative and outgoing personality, with a focus on teamwork.
